01Flip through the actual pack

Not a mock-up — these are the ten pages of the PDF above, as Elmbrook's owner received them. Arrow keys work too.

The cover

Two weeks, four hours of your team's time, no system access. The whole deal on one page.

02What you get

Four things, none of them a 40-page report you'll never read.

Deliverable 1

Readiness Scorecard

Your score out of 100 across six dimensions: data, tools, skills, leadership, governance, culture. A number you can move, and re-measure.

Deliverable 2

Findings deck

12 to 15 slides, PowerPoint and PDF. Everything found, in plain English, built to be forwarded to your board or your bank manager.

Deliverable 3

Costed quick wins

The top 3 to 5, each with the estimated time or cost saving and exactly what it takes to switch on.

Deliverable 4

90-day roadmap

One page. Prioritised, sequenced, with an owner against every action.

What happens across the fortnight
  • Questionnaire. Sent on booking: tools, team, pain points. 30 minutes, once.
  • Kickoff (60 min). You and me. What you want from AI, and which parts of the business we probe.
  • Three staff interviews (30 min each). The people doing the work. This is where the real use cases (and the unofficial AI use) live.
  • Desk review. Your tool stack and two or three key processes, from what you've told me. No system access needed.
  • Analysis & scoring. 8 to 12 candidate AI use cases scored on impact, effort and risk. Readiness scored across six dimensions.
  • Playback (60 min). I walk you through everything and hand it all over.

03The scorecard, live

The same scorecard as page 3 of the pack, animated. Everything illustrative — your numbers will be your own.

Fictional example
Elmbrook Care Ltd · residential & domiciliary care · 40 staff · office team of 6
0/ 100 · readiness
Data6/10
Tools7/10
Skills4/10
Leadership8/10
Governance3/10
Culture7/10

Reading: leadership is bought-in and the team is willing, but nobody has been shown how to use the tools properly, and there are no ground rules. Five staff were already pasting resident details into free AI tools after long shifts. Fix governance and skills first; the time savings then land safely.

Top three quick wins

Care planning

Care plan first drafts & reviews

~0 hrs/wk
est. £8,400/yr at £18/hr

First drafts and review updates assembled from assessment notes by an AI assistant. A senior carer checks and signs off every plan.

Daily records

Daily notes & handover summaries

~0 hrs/wk
est. £4,700/yr

Shift notes turned into clean daily records and handover summaries, reviewed before filing. Ends the end-of-shift write-up pile.

Finance

Local authority invoicing

~0 days DSO
cash-flow, not headcount

Invoices matched to commissioned hours; polite, escalating reminders drafted and scheduled automatically.

90-day roadmap (excerpt)
Weeks 1-2

AI ground rules agreed and shared. Approved tools list issued and one rule made absolute: nothing identifying a resident goes into a free or personal AI account.

Weeks 3-6

Care-plan drafting assistant live with the deputy manager and senior carers, every output human-checked, measured against the audit baseline.

Weeks 7-12

Daily-notes summarising rolled out across shifts; invoice reminders switched on. Re-score readiness before the next CQC touchpoint, target 70+.

04The small print

What's included
  • Everything shown in the pack above, built from your business
  • One playback session, plus one round of minor amendments
  • Yours to keep and share: deck, scorecard, roadmap
Not included, by design
  • Implementation, builds or integrations — those are fixed-shape services on the shopping list
  • Vendor procurement or negotiations
  • Bespoke policy writing (a separate pack on the list)
How the credits work
One rule, one number: each step is credited into the next. The £450 Health Check comes off the audit, and £450 of the audit comes off your first build, both within 60 days. The ladder pays its own way up — the numbers are on the price list.

Proof, not promises.

A 20-minute call to see if the audit fits. If it doesn't, I'll say so. I'd rather keep the fortnight.
