AI Sustained Consulting is me, Kevin Clubb. I've worked as a business analyst since 2006, mostly in retail, and for the last stretch in hospitality and education catering. I'm an AI super-adopter, which is a slightly grand way of saying I use these tools every day for real work and have learned where they help and where they quietly waste your time.
The short version
I spent years on the inside of data and systems projects: warehouses, dashboards, CRM rollouts, the unglamorous plumbing that decides whether a business can actually answer its own questions. AI didn't replace any of that. It just made a lot of the manual work optional, if you know which work to point it at.
The consulting arm grew out of ai-sustained.com, where I write about practical AI adoption for people who want answers rather than hype. Plenty of readers asked the same thing: can you just come and do this for us? So now I do.
How I work
Plainly. I won't sell you a transformation programme or a tool you don't need. I'll tell you when AI isn't the answer, which happens more often than the headlines suggest. The aim is to leave you with something that works and something your own team can keep running once I've gone.
